5. Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for packages lost due to:

Addresses not updated before shipping
If the package is returned to us, the buyer pays reshipping fees.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking shows “Delivered,” we cannot provide refunds for stolen mail.
Please contact your local USPS/UPS carrier for claims.
7. Damaged Packages
If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will replace or refund the item according to our Refund Policy.
