Thank you for choosing Earth Angel Light & Protection.
Due to the spiritual and personalized nature of our work, we maintain the following refund guidelines:
1. Services (Exorcism, Protection, Cleansing Sessions)
All service bookings are non-refundable.
When you reserve a session, time is specifically set aside for you.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will help you select a new time.
✔ No refunds will be provided for:

Completed sessions
-
Missed appointments
-
No-shows
-
Same-day cancellations
2. Digital Products (Audio Files, Blessing Recordings)
All digital products are final sale.
Because downloads cannot be returned, no refunds will be issued once a file has been delivered.
3. Physical Products (Candles, Sprays, Exorcism Water, etc.)
Returns are accepted only if the item arrives:

Damaged

Defective
-
Incorrect
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We do not accept returns based on:

“I changed my mind”
-
“I didn’t feel anything”
-
Energetic results
-
Misuse of the product
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the mistake was ours.
4. Lost Packages / Wrong Address
If a customer enters the wrong address or fails to update an old address, we cannot provide a refund.
For lost packages, we will assist with a USPS/UPS claim but cannot guarantee reimbursement.
